Social Media Strategies for Recruiters

Are you sitting on the sidelines waiting and wondering, for the right moment to jump into Social Networking; Twitter, LinkedIn and Facebook? Or, are you already involved. Answer the question; is it worth the time and effort?

Either way you should have a clearly defined social media strategy. The greater your online presence, the more you'll increase your visibility, build your brand and make more hires/placements.

Join Me - Mark Berger on Wednesday. If you'd like to make social media an integral part of your recruiting strategy, this session is for you. I am more than a tech-savvy trainer, I am a recruiter. And he'll walk you through a step-by-step process of building your own social media campaign.

You'll learn the answers to these vitally important questions:
What is "Web 2.0" and what can it do for my business?
Which social networking sites are the most effective for recruiters-and why?
Will having an account on LinkedIn, Twitter or Facebook help me become the recruiter of choice in my talent community?
How can I enhance my online presence to make it easier for clients and candidates to find me?
How much time should I devote to social media? (The answer is: Less than you think!)

Plus, I will show you how to spot-and avoid-the biggest social media mistakes recruiters make. Avoid Distractions, Manage Your Time. As a recruiter, time is your most valuable commodity. And for all you know, you're wasting it every day without a coherent plan.

Please join me as I walk you through the process of building your network and implementing your social media strategy.

This is a very comprehensive and thorough look at how to use social media to find leads for your open assignments.
